1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing or downloading KitBolt SaaS Starter ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.
2. License
KitBolt SaaS Starter is licensed under the MIT License. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Product for both personal and commercial projects. You may use this Product to build unlimited projects for yourself or your clients.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original source code as a standalone product
- Claim the original boilerplate as your own product and sell it to others
- Share your purchase with others who have not purchased a license
- Use the Product to build anything illegal or harmful
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the source code has been downloaded. If you experience technical issues with the Product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
5. Support
We provide best-effort support via Twitter (@kitboltdev) and email. Support includes help with setup and configuration of the boilerplate as delivered. It does not include custom development work or modifications beyond the scope of the original product.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. KitBolt does not warrant that the Product will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. You assume full responsibility for determining whether the Product is suitable for your intended use.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KitBolt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.
8. Intellectual Property
The KitBolt name, logo, and brand are the intellectual property of KitBolt. The source code of the Product is licensed under MIT as described in Section 2. Third-party libraries included in the Product retain their original licenses.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Twitter @kitboltdev.
